NHS VAT Conference

As market leaders in NHS VAT, Liaison is keen to keep NHS VAT practitioners updated on the issues affecting NHS bodies. Our annual VAT conference is aimed at staff dealing with VAT on an operational basis though creditors, debtors, ledgers, VAT returns and capital. The conference is free to Liaison’s VATflow clients, VATplus and Forensics clients are entitled to a reduced rate; full fee applies for non clients. The conference will therefore cover the following key areas.
- The new HMRC penalties and interest regime
- Refund direction (contracted-out services) update
- Capital & estates update including P21 projects
- Salary sacrifice scheme
- Overseas transactions
- Charities Income (debtors & cashier) update
- Research & development (income and expenditure)
- Contracts (IT, beds, managed services, etc)
- GPs and health centres/LIFT
- Monthly business activity and partial exemption reviews
- The HMRC visit programme and ‘Low VAT Risk’ status
