VATplus
VATplus is the most widely utilised re-review service in the NHS and has a reputation of recovering significant cash through its rigorous processes and skilled staff. The strategic and tactical savings will usually generate substantial cash back into the organisation. In the last 2 years Liaison has provided this service to over 80 NHS organisations, with a 100% record of identifying additional cash.
This service also allows you to benchmark Liaison against your current supplier and other industry suppliers.
By re-reviewing other advisors' work, an amount of cash can be expected simply through reviewing with a 'fresh pair of eyes'. We have estimated that on average a rereview can return £20,000 as a result of this fresh look, which in itself is useful. The graph below demonstrates how much additional VAT recovery can be found over and above that found by other Advisors.
However, VATplus on average returns much higher amounts of cash and the graph below illustrates that rather than an average of £20,000 per re-review, Liaison on average recovers £58,000. This shows the how much more effective the Liaison services really are.
